Welcome to my little corner of the Internet!

My name's Mizpyre, also known as Miz or Mizzy, and I'm a young aspiring online writer and artist! Currently, I'm polishing my skills through fanart and fanfiction, but I'm also working on creating original works in the meantime.

I take a lot of inspiration from various works of fiction I enjoy. My main fixations (currently) are the episodic and free online visual novel "Your Turn to Die" and the collaborative fiction writing project known as the SCP Wiki. Some of my minor interests include Pokemon (and especially the Pokemon Adventures/Pokespe manga), the works of Toby Fox (Undertale & Deltarune),the Dr. Stone manga, the object show genre of YouTube web series and the RPG "In Stars and Time". I also have fun playing Geometry Dash and Minecraft as relaxation. A more expansive list of the stuff I enjoy can be found in the recommendations page of this website!

Outside of fiction, I have an interest in various social sciences and humanities. Particularly, history and politics! This often influences the way I view fiction as worldbuilding is one of my favourite aspects of it, which is why I'm planning to create in-depth maps for my original works (one of which I've already begun working on). I've also got a slight knack for speedcubing and cubing in general, a hobby which revolves around various twisty puzzles all originating back to the Rubik's Cube.
